Every day, we rely on government services to function properly. When they fail, we express our opinions and, at very least, hoped to heard. However, too often, these interactions fail due to a complex system and outdated tools. This leads to frustration, distrust and sometimes life-threatening situations. 

Our client developed a digital tool that provides improved service, making it easier for both the public and authorities to handle the process of filing and addressing complaints. We helped them to get the word out by stirring local buzz about today’s flawed system.
