Working from home during the pandemic produced countless of Zoom-shenanigans, from colleagues caught in their underwear, to take-overs by cats and family members crashing each other’s meetings. The latter led Swedish homeowners wanting larger homes. Due to lockdowns, overall spending decreased, which is turned pushed housing prices to unprecedented levels.

Based on these insights, we developed the concept “You Need More space” for our client MOHV, a real estate company.

A COVID-19 PRODUCTION
Considering the tight budget, social restrictions and the desire for an authentic look, we decided to use the actual casting tapes as the finished films. We only briefed the actors on the concept, provided them with scene-suggestions, and let them set up and direct themselves. In return, we achieved poor lightning, bad angles and spontaneity – exactly what we wanted.
